  • You record a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the parcel label, your name, address, and product condition.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any product issue or return request.

If you experience an issue with your product or delivery:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  2. Include your order number, continuous unboxing video, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your claim and reply within 1–2 working days.

We will do our best to resolve any valid complaint quickly and fairly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy .
